Mr.Zhou Guofu, male, graduated from Chongqing University with a bachelor's degree in steel rolling (later renamed as material processing), is a full-time professor and doctoral supervisor of South China Normal University, and the dean of South China Advanced Optoelectronics Research Institute.

Work experience:from March 1995 to June 2004,heserved as senior scientist of Philips Research Institute in the Netherlands.From April 2004 to present, chief Scientist of Philips Research in the Netherlands. FromMay 2005 -- September 2010 Chief Technology Officer and Global Vice President at IREX/IRX Technologies Ltd.From January 2012 tothe present,he has beenworking in South China Normal University.
