Mr.Zhang Guolin, male, Han Nationality, born in May 1955,NanchongCity, Sichuan Province, professor, doctor, doctoral supervisor.
February 1978 -- January 1982:he studied in the Department of Metallurgy, Chongqing University;September 1989 -- July 1991:studied in Chongqing University for the second degree in management engineering;April 1990-January 1992:went abroad for English training at Sichuan Foreign Studies University and Beijing Language&Culture University;February 1992 -- July 1993:visiting scholar at the Business School of Illinois University;September 2000: enrolled in Chongqing University, majoring in technology, economics andmanagement to pursue part-time doctorate.
FromJanuary1982-January 2001, he served asdeputysecretary anddeputydirector ofMetallurgy Department of Chongqing University,directorofthePartyorganization,deputysecretary ofthePartycommittee andvicepresident of Chongqing University.FromNovember 2000 -- April 2002, he served asdeputysecretary of the Party Working Committee anddeputydirector of the Management Committee of Chongqing Northern New District.InApril 2002, he wasappointedsecretary of the Partycommittee of Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
Personal glory:Mr.Zhang published 25 papers such as "Thirteen Essays on Leadership" and "Preliminary Exploration on Influence of Non-Power".Among them, "TheCreativeApplication ofIncentive Theory in theEstablishment ofModernEnterpriseSystem" won the fifth annual meeting andacademic discussion of the National Enterprise Leadership Research Association.
Mr.Zhang published and compiled five books, amongwhich, "Big DevelopmentPromotesBig Development" (monograph) won the second prize of the second session of Chongqing Social Science Outstanding Achievement in 2001, and "Regional Economy" (monograph) won the third prize of Chongqing Municipal Government in 1999.
He has participated in 10 scientific research projects, including thekey projectsponsored bynationalphilosophy and socialscience during the9thFive-YearPlan period, “the Research onthe Theory&Practice of Regional Education Modernization”, and“theResearchProject of Technological Innovation in Private Enterprises”sponsored by the Ministry of Educationof Chinaduring the9thFive-Year Plan period.
At present,Mr.Zhang isengaged in the researchsponsored bythe National Natural Science Foundation of China, such as the Research onIrrational Investment Behavior of Chinese Listed Companies.
