In June 2007, Luo Ruixue, a 24-year-old county poverty relief office cadre, took a temporary post as deputyPartysecretary of the village branch in Fuxing Village, a poverty-stricken village. On herfirst day on the job,she saw the poorconditionof the village and felt a strong shock thatshe had never experienced before.She regarded the road building as her first battle, and raisedRMB450,000 yuan to build it.Theconstructionproject lasted for more than 4 months, after the concerted efforts of the wholevillage,villagersovercame one after another construction difficulties,andatNew Year's Dayin2008, Fuxing village road highwaywith afulllength of 24 kilometerswasfinally completed.

Shethenadjustedtheunreasonable industrial structure again,andstrivedto raisefund andtowintechnical supportfromrelevant units.Shesuccessfullyhelpedintroduceand developed 2,280 mu of alpine vegetables, which alone realized annual output value ofRMB3.65 million yuan and per capita income ofRMB2,620 yuan.The once poor village, since thenhasembarked on abrightroad to revival.

In February 2011, she was transferred from Wulong County toJiulongpo Districtto work in theDevelopment&Reform Commission, responsible for "handling documents" in the administrative service hall.However, as she sat at the no. 1 window at the entrance,whenmanycitizenscould not find their way through the door and always interrupted her work, but she always patiently guided them and showed way for them.
