Mr.Liu Mingzhong, male, Han Nationality, born in January 1959 in Yuzhong, Gansu Province,hestarted work in 1976, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Chongqing University majoring in metallurgy, is a senior engineer, and is an internationally certified senior professional manager.He is now chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of China First Heavy Machinery Group Corporation.
