Step 1: collect a waiting number;take photo (electronic & hard copy) for visa (fees to be paid to photo studio)

Step 3:Photocopy documents for record & visa

Step 4: Collect payment note (self-financed students); submit documents for visa and bank card (self-financed students pay fees on the 1stFloor of Main Teaching Building and bring the receipt back to counter④)

Step 5: Present signed Declaration Letter & Admission Notice, JW201/202; sign the Registration Form

Step 6: Sign up in SIE for Chinese Language study (Chinese Language students & Bachelor students majoring in Chinese)

Step 7:Scholarship students Receive monthly allowance for September
