Cooperation Programs

Chongqing University believes in open co-operation, encouraging international communication and collaboration through its partnerships with respected universities and institutions from around the world. Such short-term programs as Chinese language learning programs for groups, China-related research and study programs, in the form of classes or lectures, Chongqing University-Confucius Institute partnered programs and Internship programs have been designed for large numbers of outstanding students and scholars from these institutions to study at Chongqing University. These programs are aimed at promoting social and cultural interaction between China and the world. Chongqing University is always ready to work with overseas universities and institutions to create many more tailored programs Comprehensive consultation with the participating institution will take place, regarding details of program time and duration, curriculum, activities, management, and fees and funding methods etc. Programs will be arranged accordingly. We welcome interested parties to contact us. Below are details of our current programs:

1.Duration of programs:

Chongqing University currently holds programs that last 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, one semester (spring semester: February to June; autumn semester: September to January of the following year), and one academic year (September to June of the following year).

2. Types of programs:

i. Chinese language learning programs
ii. China-related research and study programs, in the form of classes or lectures
iii. Chongqing University-Confucius Institute partnered programs
iv. Internship programs

3. Program languages:

Programs are taught in Chinese, English.

4. Partnership methods:
i. To join Chongqing University, we currently offer the following platforms:

ii. We also offer the opportunity to organize tailored programs:
Comprehensive consultation with the participating institution will take place, regarding details of program time and duration, curriculum, activities, management, and fees and funding methods etc. Programs will be arranged accordingly.

5.Program fees:
i. Fees for our current programs are charged according to standard rates as specified in the respective program details (please refer to the website for further details)

ii. Fees for tailored programs will be determined by consultation between Chongqing University and the participating institution, according to program details
