Mr. Takehito Kumano is a structural engineer in the Structural Engineering Section, Building Design Department, Osaka Main Office of Takenaka Corporation. He has been engaged in structural design activities for 16 years and has designed more than 50 structures including skyscrapers and seismically isolated buildings since entering the company in 2000. He was born in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan and graduated from the Graduate School of Architectural Engineering, Osaka University.
