Biography：
Prof.MaQike，Ph.D in laws,is a postdoctoral fellow and researcher at the School of Marxism Studies, Renmin University of China.In September 2014,Heattended the theoretical seminar on theeducationpracticeactivityof theMassLineof the CPC（Communist Party of China)，which was held by the OrganizationDepartment, the Publicity Department, and the Leading Group for the Mass Line Education Practice Activity of the CPC Central Committee.Also, in July 2021,heattended the theoretical seminar on the centenary of the founding of the CPC, organized by the Organization Department, the Publicity Department and other 5 departments directly under the CPC Central Committee as an excellent theoretical article author.Currently, he isthedeputy secretary of theCommitteeof Political and Legal Affairs inthe Municipal Committeeand theorganization of the CPCinthe Municipal Law Society (Leading-role Level of Departments and Director).
