重庆大学弘深杰出学者,国家特支计划青年拔尖人才,重庆英才创新领军人才、重庆市五四青年奖章获得者,第六届重庆市政协委员。研究方向为重要疾病智慧预警与数字化诊疗研究,主要包括重要疾病早期标志物筛选与检测、疾病现场快速检测、生物分子高精度识别和生物传感以及新型纳米医学同步诊疗技术的基础和应用基础研究。在Sci Transl Med,Nat Commun,J Am Chem Soc等CNS子刊和行业顶刊发表高水平学术论文80余篇,5篇ESI高被引。申报国际PCT专利6项,获国家发明专利授权26件。
先后主持国家基金委杰青、重点专项、面上、青年等项目,国家重点研发计划课题、云南省重点研发项目、重庆市杰青等科研项目30余项。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,获国家科技进步二等奖、重庆市技术发明一等奖、重庆市科技进步一等奖、中华医学科技奖青年奖、中国发明协会创新创业成果一等奖、“十一五”军队医学科技重大成果奖等省部级以上奖项10余项。

五、科研方向与成果
(一)团队主要研究方向:
1.重大疾病早期智慧预警与精准干预研究
围绕老年慢性疾病、老年健康、传染性疾病、肺相关疾病的预警和干预,以老年群体健康特性及常见病相关发病机理、标志物为依托,于国际上率先提出整合液体活检理念(Theranostics,2020,封面),基于生物信息学、机器学习等技术手段进行老年人群的疾病风险及全人群肺癌风险预测,多维度开展老年慢性疾病的早期预警和干预相关研究,研制可穿戴设备实现老年性疾病的远程监控及肺部疾病的智慧预警(多项软件著作权)。基于AI技术建立我国西部地区首个基于神经网络模型新冠预警系统,并在国际智博会发布。构建了基于复合纳米材料的诊疗一体化策略(Acta Biomater, 2023),实现了肿瘤、感染(JACS, 2016)等重要疾病的精准检测与同步干预(Biomaterials, 2023)。
2.疾病现场快速检测技术研究
针对严重创伤早期现场救治需求,开展快速扩容及疾病标志物检测研究。以血型检测为例,首创30秒血型快速检测纸基微流控,可在2min完成16种血型同步检测(Sci Transl Med, 2017,封面),相关研究成果被Transfus Med Rev评为2017年度全球输血领域最大突破之一,入围2017年中国十大医学进展。随后又建立了基于手机二维码智能读取的检测技术(ACS Nano, 2021)。基于纳米探针和DNA自组装技术,解决了攻克生物分子早期超敏识别(Anal Chem, 2023,2022,2021;ACS Sens, 2020)、信号放大的问题(Adv Funct Mater, 2021; Small, 2020),基于后续将进行不规则抗体筛查、交叉配血等方面的研究,为创伤大出血后快速补充血容量提供了坚实的技术保障。
3.柔性可穿戴系统研究
针对慢性病全周期实时动检测难题,研发基于可降解生物材料的柔性电子器件与仿生微针贴片,通过光电集成技术实现便携式人机交互,对多种慢性病生物标志物进行了远程的实时监测和采集。创新性的构建基于MXene掺杂拓扑凝胶传感器,突破了信息存储与运输转换平衡的瓶颈问题,为慢性病患者的个性化治疗和健康监测提供了全新的手段与思路(ACS Nano, 2024)。
4.微生物感染的精准防控
基于分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等技术研究微生物感染致病过程中的微生物与宿主互作机制(Nat Commun,2023;Cell Host Microbe, 2023),基于核酸扩增、DNAzyme等分子自组装等策略,构建不依赖大型设备的外泌体分离、分析新方法,精准甄别微生物感染类型,实现感染性疾病的精准防控(eBioMedicine,2023)。针对自然界中新发现的动物源头甲肝病毒(PNAS, 2015),率先开展了其3ABC蛋白酶与宿主MAVS免疫屏障的分子互作及共进化研究,发现了蝙蝠甲肝病毒蛋白酶高效破坏人类MAVS蛋白的作用机理(J Hepatol, 2019),并进一步探索了该逃逸策略在甲肝病毒跨种传播致病过程中生物学重要性(J Hepatol, 2023)。
