高颖,副教授,硕士生导师。2019年6月毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院,获得工学博士学位。2019年7月至2023年2月在浙江大学农业与生物技术学院进行博士后研究,2023年3月入职重庆大学生命科学学院。主要在转录调控、表观遗传调控等多层面开展番茄果实成熟与色泽、质地、风味等品质形成的分子机制研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、浙江省自然科学基金探索项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目。以第一作者在New Phytologist、The Plant Journal、Journal of Experimental Botany、Horticulture Research等国际期刊发表研究型论文9篇,参与发表研究论文多篇,授权国家发明专利4项。
研究方向
主要开展番茄果实成熟与品质形成的调控机制研究,擅长从转录调控、DNA/RNA甲基化等表观遗传调控层面探究果实在生长发育、成熟衰老以及采后贮藏过程中乙烯、色泽、质地、糖酸、芳香物质等变化的调控机制,为维持和改善果实品质提供理论依据,并为培育高品质番茄新品种提供候选基因资源。
