Dongling Liwas born inChinain 1982. He received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees fromChongqingUniversity,Chongqing,China, in2006,2009and2016, respectively.

She is currently a Senior Engineer in the college of Optoelectronic Engineering, Chongqing University.Hercurrent research interests includeMicro/Nano devices and processing technology,intelligent sensors, photoelectric films and devices.
