研究方向
光学相干断层成像(OCT),光学超分辨显微成像(Super-resolution optical microscopy),微纳结构三维形貌检测(3D topography)。
承担项目及代表性研究成果
主持国家自然科学青年基金项目、川渝合作仪器研发项目、重庆市面上项目、留学回国创新创业项目、省重点实验室开放基金项目等,参与国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目等。发表学术论文60余篇,授权中国发明专利10余项,欧洲专利1项。通过OCT技术,可实现大范围微米级精度的涂层厚度、镜片缺陷、硅片内部形貌和光纤直径参数等非生物检测;也可用于眼角膜、皮肤等生物医学检测。所在课题组通过研发设计超表面器件,集成非标记远场光学超分辨显微成像系统,突破光学衍射极限,可实现无损伤超分辨快速检测,如芯片缺陷、生物细胞等等。
