He received his Ph.D. degree inIndustrial SciencefromKumamotoUniversity,Kumamoto,Japan, in 2004. He is currently the Professor of the School of Automation, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. Dr. Liang is currently a senior member oftheIEEE and a member of The Society of Instrument and Control Engineers.
